RYA First Aid
Course Content
This is a beginners course which assumes no prior experience and is intended to be both enjoyable and informative. It introduces basic first aid techniques especially suited to problems that may occur on board a yacht or motor cruiser such as resuscitation and maintenance of victims of “man overboard” as well as the usual cuts, breaks, sprains that we can all suffer in rougher weather. The course is equally suited to both sail and power boat users.
